Skully Gin Cocktails

Tom Collins:

  • 50 ml Skully Gin Oriental Citrus
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Garnish: lemon/yuzu + lime peel
  • Preparation: shaken and topped up with soda water
  • Glass & ice: highball + cubed ice

Negroni:

  • 30 ml Skully Gin Tangerine Twist
  • 30 ml Belsazar sweet vermouth (red/rose)
  • 30 ml Campari
  • Garnish: orange peel
  • Preparation: stir
  • Glass: Tumbler

Dry Martini:                      

  • 50 ml Skully Gin London Dry
  • 25 ml Lillet Blanc vermouth
  • Garnish: olive
  • Preparation: stir
  • Glass: Martini Glass

Skully Smooth Wasabi & Ginger-Beer:

  • 40 ml Skully Smooth Wasabi
  • 150-200 ml Fentimans ginger-beer
  • Garnish: slice of lime, red pepper, slice of ginger
  • Preparation: stir
  • Glass & ice: Skully Tumbler + cubed ice

Tangerine French 75:

  • 60 ml Premium Champagne
  • 30 ml Skully Gin Tangerine Twist
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Garnish: red fruit / orange peel
  • Preparation: shake
  • Glass: champagne flute

Skully Smooth Wasabi & Ginger-Ale:

  • 40 ml Skully Smooth Wasabi
  • 150-200 ml premium ginger-ale
  • Garnish: lime, mint, ginger root
  • Preparation: stir
  • Glass & Ice: Copa + cubed ice
